Tina joined Gershman Commercial Real Estate in May 2021 and is based in our Chesterfield management office.  In her role as Vice President, Tina oversees a Class A office portfolio totaling over 700,000 SF across 9 office buildings.  Her responsibilities include operating budget preparation and analysis, account reporting, tenant relations, vendor/contract management, insurance administration, client relations, and supervision of maintenance personnel and services.

Prior to joining Gershman, Tina served as the Director of Property Management for Intelica Commercial Real Estate, providing leadership over a 3 million SF portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties.  With over 28 years of real estate experience across a variety of asset types, her background also includes lease administration, due diligence, operating expense reconciliations, and property accounting.
