Sue Strubinger is responsible for the direct supervision of the accounting, administration and finance functions for over 100 commercial real estate entities. In this role, she oversees all aspects of accounting, budgeting and reporting related to various real estate investments within the company and property management accounts. She supervises and directs reporting and communication with real estate property ownership. Additionally, Sue implements special projects for the benefit of ownership, including detailed lender draw coordination and analysis, capital funding requirement review, development of owner-specific financial reporting, and other financial analysis as required. Sue is also the main portfolio supervisor for several accounting only management contracts, including those managed by court-appointed receivers.  As Chief Financial Officer, Sue is responsible for all corporate accounting functions, including ongoing supervision of accounting, brokerage and management administration, monthly financial reporting, annual budget development, personnel and human resource management, as well as various other duties. She is part of the senior management group responsible for overall company strategic planning, using her knowledge of all areas of the company operations to ensure a professional work environment and financial plan for the organization.

Previously, she worked at various accounting firms, including Rubin Brown, Arthur Young and McGladrey Pullen, specializing in audit and tax services for 15 years, with emphasis in real estate accounting.
