Solon Gershman manages approximately 6 million square feet of commercial, industrial and retail space in Missouri. Our property management staff boasts 5 Certified Property Managers and 4 CPM Candidates in addition to all managers being licensed real estate agents. We are members of the Building Owners and Manager's Association (BOMA), and the St. Louis Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
