Lou Panopoulos has over 15 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience in the St. Louis marketplace. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation for industrial and office properties, as well as assisting in the acquisition and disposition of end user and investment properties. Lou works closely with users, developers and investors on an ongoing basis, and as a result, stays informed on market conditions and opportunities for his clients.

His detailed approach to serving his clients requires the constant collection of real estate information and transaction data; good comprehension of real estate finance and financial markets; the ability and interest to understand his client’s business and their goals; and an excellent grasp of building components/construction, all which he utilizes to his client’s benefit.

Previously, Lou was junior associate at Follman Properties, where he established his career and grew with the company while representing major corporate clients such as MCI WorldCom, Aesculap (division of B. Braun), Life Uniform and Sears & Roebuck among others.
