On April 15, 2005, Solon Gershman Inc., Realtors and Follman Properties - ONCOR International merged. The companies have complementary niches in the commercial real estate market and will form the second largest commercial real estate firm in the   St. Louis  area.

The combined company’s management portfolio is over 6 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space.
