Theft
Report any
suspected theft no matter how small to your Property Manager
immediately. You should
also notify the police department.
They may be on the trail of a thief targeting buildings and
your report may help them complete their investigation more
thoroughly. The
building’s insurance policy does not cover the theft of a tenant’s
personal belongings. Personal
property insurance is the responsibility of each tenant.
