Signage
Signage
A standard signage program has
been developed for the building to ensure quality and consistency.
Solon Gershman, Inc. will
contract and order the building standard door sign identifying company
name and suite number.
Building management will determine
placement of the signs.
Changes to signage must be ordered
through the building management office and a charge will be assessed.
You will receive an estimate of the total cost prior to orders
being placed, as charges may vary.
We
have included a signage order form for your use.
Please complete the form for initial signage requirements, and
use for future changes. Upon completion, please forward the completed
form via fax to the management office.
A tenant may have signage on their
interior glass windows subject to management approval.
PLEASE
NOTE: If you are
requesting space on the exterior monument sign and you do not
currently hold a space, you must contact the management office at
314.993.2100, prior to completing your order request form.
Directories
In addition to standard suite
signs, the building has a directory located in the 1st
floor lobby. As indicated
in the lease, the building will provide and pay for the initial
installation of one firm name upon occupancy.
Additional names may be added with
building management approval.

for directory requests as well.
