If you require a
minor alteration or repair, call the property management office, give
your name, suite number, company name and the nature of the work.
All telephone requests are recorded on a tenant work order form
and relayed immediately to our maintenance personnel.
Burned
out and flickering standard fluorescent lights are replaced as part of
your Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges.
Prior to the
commencement of any work for which a charge is involved, you may
request an estimate of the cost. In
some cases, management will require written approval prior to work
commencing.
If you elect to
use your own contractor for repairs or alterations, a written request
must be sent to Solon Gershman, Inc. for approval; we reserve the right
to approve both the plans and contractor prior to work commencing.
A list of approved contractors for each trade is available
through the management office. In
addition, your contractor must provide the management with the all
necessary insurance documents before any service being provided.
