rent shall be due and payable on the first day of each month.
We ask your cooperation to ensure rent is paid within the terms
of your lease agreement. Please note that Solon Gershman, Inc. does not send out monthly statements and/or invoices.
Account information is always available to authorized personnel
at tenant request.
