Parking
is available for tenants and their guests only and as designated by
each tenant’s Lease Agreement. Tenants may use the parking lot
during business hours only.
Parking
spaces are available on a non-reserved, first come, first serve basis.
Vehicles MUST display a Woodlands Plaza II hanging tag from their rear
view mirror while parked on the premises and at ALL times. For
your protection, all employees of the building are required to
complete a Vehicle
Registry, including a description of his/her vehicle(s),
license plate number, etc. Changes to the registered vehicle
lists can be made by authorized personnel only. Please see your
company representative if you should have modifications which require
updating. Lost or stolen tags should be reported to your company
representative immediately. Replacement tags will be issued at
$15.00 per tag, unless otherwise approved by Solon Gershman, Inc.
management.
Although the
parking lot is patrolled by the maintenance technician, we are not
responsible for theft or damage to your vehicle.
Please lock your vehicle at all times, and do not leave it
overnight. If for some
reason, an overnight stay becomes necessary, the management office
must be notified for approval before doing so.
