Cleaning is provided
by ABM Janitorial Services Saint Louis five nights a week.
Resilient floors will be cleaned, carpet vacuumed and trash
emptied daily. Other
services are provided on a scheduled basis.
ABM Janitorial
Services has a supply of “Trash” stickers which they recommend
placing on boxes or other larger, questionable items that you would
like thrown away.
Special cleaning services, such as
carpet shampooing/extraction, can be arranged via management at tenant
expense.
We ask that you notify us if you
encounter a problem or deficiency in the cleaning.

These are provided to each tenant
to help in any basic janitorial needs or requests you may have.
The janitorial employees will be checking these on a regular
basis. This will allow us
to ensure that your janitorial requests are being met in a timely
manner.
