During the average
workday, problems may arise that do not fit within any pre-defined
category. Examples of
these problems might be: solicitors in the building, employee slip or
fall or something appears to be missing from your suite.
If the
problem appears to be life threatening or could cause immediate
damage to the property, please contact the appropriate police or fire
department immediately.
- Dial 911 for EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
- Call
314.993.2100 and report the incident to the Property Manager
- Report
incident to your insurance carrier
In case of
personal injury or property damage, please contact your insurance
carrier immediately. This
should be done in every instance regardless of who is responsible.
The property manager should also be notified immediately.
The property manager will see to it that the owner’s
insurance carrier is notified when deemed appropriate.
Please note
leases mandate a certificate of insurance, to include comprehensive
public liability insurance naming the Landlord and the Tenant as
insured parties, be provided to Landlord.
