Deliveries
and Moves
Prior
to any move in or out of the building, the building management office
must be notified and approve such request.
Tenant
moves must be scheduled outside of normal Monday – Friday building
hours in attempt to minimize disruption. Please contact a member
of the management team for scheduling. All moving companies are
required to provide Solon Gershman, Inc. with a Certificate of Insurance
naming both Solon Gershman, Inc. (Managing Agent) and Winchester Plaza
LLC (Landlord) as additional insured. Certificates must be
provided and approved prior to scheduling.
