All
Tenants occupying the building must compete a Tenant
Contact/Authorized Personnel Form to be kept on file in the management
office. Tenants must use the attached form to keep all information
up to date and submit to the management office in a timely manner.
These persons are the authorized personnel for all work orders,
maintenance requests and/or chargeable services. All inquires
coming from any other persons may experience a delay.
