Using
the following bomb threat checklist, WRITE DOWN everything
that the caller says, including anything you can distinguish about
the caller.

DIAL
911 immediately and report the threat.

NOTIFY
the Property Manager’s office at 314.993.2100.
-
EVACUATE
the premises, using fire evacuation routes.

Await
arrival of the bomb squad for further action.
