Overtime
Heating, Ventilation and Cooling
The building system will provide
sufficient heating and cooling at maximum efficiency for the normal
temperature ranges during normal business hours:
Monday – Friday
7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday
8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Please note some modifications to
the start and end times are made for our extreme warmer and cooler
seasons at the management’s discretion.
Heating and cooling may run
overtime at the request of the tenant, and will be billed at the rate
of $65.00 per hour. If you
would like to request after hours heating or cooling, Monday –
Friday, please call the management office by 2:30 p.m. to allow enough
time to program the system. If
you would like to request after hours heating or cooling for the
weekend, please call the management office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
Standard
Service Charge
The hourly rate for the building
management maintenance personnel is $45.00.
This rate will be billed for services personal to the tenant
and not building related or for items not covered by the lease
agreement.
